No, you're only telling a story of black people playing hockey. The first written history of Hockey began in France in the 1500's. Two towns, with two opposing (Catholic) Bishops had a dispute (for reason(s) lost to time), that was ultimately decided by a French Cardinal. The Cardinal placed a leather clad ball between the two towns (which, at the time were only 20 ((or so)) miles apart), and had the inhabitants "kick" the ball to the opposing town. The whole ordeal took approximately three days, whereas one of the towns won. Later, those two towns revived the challenge set forth by the Cardinal (but this time "for fun"). As the years went on, the event began to take on refinements. Such as, no "physical contact with the "ball... Thus, the creation of the "Stick". To avoid "forested" areas, Foul Lines (which later gave birth to the "Rink"). A smaller "ball", which later became a leather "puck". They didn't invent Hockey lol get your facts straight. This was a picture of the only all black player team in Canada. Blacks did not invent hockey so do some educated research. British soilders along with immigrants in Canada and America started playing. White players, also basketball was created by white man, and baseball as well. Not that some blacks are not great at some of the sports but they learned them from whites. Just facts and history of those great games.

No, you're only telling a story of black people playing hockey. The first written history of Hockey began in France in the 1500's. Two towns, with two opposing (Catholic) Bishops had a dispute (for reason(s) lost to time), that was ultimately decided by a French Cardinal. The Cardinal placed a leather clad ball between the two towns (which, at the time were only 20 ((or so)) miles apart), and had the inhabitants "kick" the ball to the opposing town. The whole ordeal took approximately three days, whereas one of the towns won. Later, those two towns revived the challenge set forth by the Cardinal (but this time "for fun"). As the years went on, the event began to take on refinements. Such as, no "physical contact with the "ball... Thus, the creation of the "Stick". To avoid "forested" areas, Foul Lines (which later gave birth to the "Rink"). A smaller "ball", which later became a leather "puck". And finally, to be played in the winter months, when no farming is done, and to give people something to do. So unless there was "snow" in Africa, black people had nothing to do with the creation of Hockey whatsoever. Stop taking credit, where no credit is warranted.
