    Three times per week. It would be four to five, but I don’t want to hit the home gym at 2 in the morning nor after 5 in the evening. Not with my 10 hour shifts/4 days per week work schedule. Yeah, I tried hitting the gym after work. All that did was exhaust me, hinder my progress, and gave me an injury. And there is no getting me out of bed at 2 in the morning. LOL! Forget that. I am lucky to crawl out at 3:30, wash up, get dressed, eat breakfast, and get my butt out the front door on-time. No way am I lifting dumbbells above my head that early.🙃
