Himmels has always been one of my secret ace tanker for light tank maps. No one expects it and anything you do there compared to the enemy light is incredibly useful.

there is a skill that increases the chance for module damage, not sure if it's available on light tanks, but that might be why he got that much.

The module damage was because of the fire + tracks as well. Iirc "orange" hits to tracks also count.

Your math is wrong. Damaging a track only is module damage and a not penetrating shot, he hit the Chi-To like this to reset.
