Yağları sadece katı yağ sıvı yağ diye ayırmak beslenmeyi bilmemektir. Ayçiçek yağı ile zayetinyagi ikisi de sıvı yağ ama ikisi bir mi? Veya otlayan hayvanın tereyağıyla yem yiyen hayvanın tereyağı bir mi? Fındık yağı ile palm yağı bir mi? O zaman motor yağı yiyelim o da sıvı yağ sonuçta

Benim birgün tansiyonum 22 e çıktı , hiç anlamadım çok büyük bir tesir değildi, tansiyon aletim olmasa, ay biraz kötü hissetim uyuyayım deseydim, sabaha çok kötü şeylerle karşılaşabşlirdim, hemen acile gittim dil altı verdiler. yani tansiyon aleti kurtardı. Evde alet olması gerekir. Sevgilerimle.

Evet benim de iki üç ay önce sabah uyandığımda tansiyonum çok yüselmişti ayağa kalkıp yürürken bile çok zorlanmıştım çok kötü bir şey Allah kimseye yaşatmasın ve buzdolabına gidip limonu zor bardağa sıkmıştım ve ben o limonlu suyla o tansiyonu indirdim o gün sabaha kadar tekrar uyudum ama tabi çok zor oluyor kesinlikle mide bulantısı yapıyor tansiyon çok zor bir durum o gün gerçekten evde o limon olmasaydı o sabah napıcaktım bilemiyorum limon kesinlikle düşürüyor ve sarımsak da aynen tansiyonu düşürür
