Games not hard where I’m at I’m still fighting against Marie. I’ve only encountered one new type of troop and various upgraded versions. The redcoat and blue coat forcers which are seemingly nothing more than a stronger versions of the white coats. The black coat brute which is just a stronger version of the pink coat brute. And the new type of troop I’ve encountered the drummers. These things heal other troops and if they don’t need health they buff them. Most commonly I’ve encountered these with brutes and they tend to start by giving it a speed buff. Now thankfully I’ve only encountered them with the pink ones which are pretty easy to take down. But the game is upping in difficulty one level I had to kill every enemy in 6 turns and there were 5 brutes in the level.
I made a meme out of it a while ago but how would Ann, Makoto, Futaba, and Haru react to all the bashing they get from certain fans in regards to that hot spring scene in Strikers and the scene after they escaped Shido’s palace from their first outing?
for the hot spring scene they'd find it insane anyone but them knew they went to a hot spring in the first place and be creeped out, and for the other they'd probably realize their reaction to ryuji could have shown they were a little more thankful than they let on
The game gets fun in the strategy aspect when you unlock the passive skill tree. These skills give the entire team a boost simply for having that character used in the fight. Try to come up with fun combinations to give your team the ultimate synergy. I’ve thought of 3 really strong combos but I won’t reveal them just yet to see what you come up with.
You know, it is interesting to see the more xcom approach to srpg in this game. Especially seeing how we usually tackle the likes of fire emblem a lot more here.

I agree on you maybe I probably wouldn't have checked it out if it wasn't a person 5 spin-off but I still wish it was like a devil survival game instead. The milking of p5 needs to stop at some point. I want Atlus to continue the devil's Survivor IP😢😢

Considering this game takes place during New Year’s of the first game and Strikers takes place 6 months after P5 and P5R, I would recommend this one first for timeline continuity. However that is up to you.
Spoilers: Toshiro’s dynamic as the “Regular Guy” character is fun, and I hope to see a lot more from him, but unless he somehow joins the team I doubt we’ll see him after the first boss.
