Richard Simms. US artist from Washington, D.C. He was a graduate of Duke Ellington School of the Arts. In the 1970s he formed a band called Paradiagm with Virgil Roberts and Adrian Thomas (2). During this time he started his solo studio recordings under the name Wicked Witch. The song titles match up with info given by one of his former band mates in an interview and even suggest that this is probably the first Wicked Witch release.
