I wish I had this mindset of looks maxxing when I was 21, I’m in my late 20’s and I’ve actually been trying to lose weight for the longest, but I’m actually taking it way more seriously this time and went from 335 pounds to 278. I’m gonna keep grinding, better late than never I guess
It's quite funny to see how some people really strive to improve their looks just to find out that dating or intimacy aint all its cracked up to be. Just reading/ hearing the stories of betrayed spouses is brutal. The men get shat on, emotionally scarred and robbed by the courts. Yes, having women lust after you is a great ego boost. And I do recommend guys to have those types of experiences. But just know that women/relationships come packaged with a lot of drama and bs. Similar to poor people coming into big money. Some get more depressed due to the headache more money brings. Im not saying to be happy and complacent. Work on yourself and appreciate what you got.
Good points, i also think that... All we hear today is "hit the gym jack" .. Then the ladies come, but what we want to get? Wife material or hookups? Many man are just hungry validation, thats the issue aswell. These people who are handsome or very good looking they have their problems, i have seen very empty people who are desired, but they just hook up and after that they find new one to fill that empiness. Same with lot of money can bring lot more problems for people. Complex society, it gets more complex each year

Good luck on the fat loss, I think you're about 2 months away from losing the facial bloat. Also personally I don't think that hairstyle is good for any asian, cause it makes you look like Kim Jong Un.

I don’t care about my appearance for self love reasons, it doesn’t matter since you’ll never be good enough, and it only gets easier, it’s all genetic and your effort isn’t what’s important, for me it’s all about getting women and I don’t have any trauma related to my appearance or self care.

Keep in mind, life is unpredictable, you never know when a 6’3-5 asshole comes up to you to steal your girl. If I was 5’10 it wouldn’t be bad, but being 5’7 going up against a giant that tall is ridiculous. 2 things to keep in mind, you have to be attractive to women and you have to deter asshole men. Just because we live in civilization doesn’t mean evil, corruptible men don’t exist. Protect yourself and your women. Just imagine your loved one going through a very unforgivable act and you couldn’t do anything but watch. Train to not be fucked with, but height definitely helps.
