I would add Reba's "This is for my eight buddies" moment. I had tears rolling during that.
Hello Brennen, how are you doing today?
I remember the day that George Jones died. I cried like a baby. George will forever be my idol.
Willum Daniels🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺😭😭😭🙏
Oh Please Faith hill was not joking around. She really thought the award belonged to her.
LOL
Damn, Reba looked good in that dress lol
Dililah Slover: Yes "THEY" looked gorgeous. lol
LMAO...Shania tousling Johnny Cash's hair...that's friggin adorable! :D
crazy how Chris Stapleton is in the background of Luke's performance (he was a songwriter) and then a year later is headlining the show with Timberlake. Gotta love it.
I see Reba. I click.
The X in the corner? lol j/k
amazing woman... vocals are out of this World
Abigator same
Yeah for sure. I saw the Reba and Clint tour, fantastic!!
I'm here for Reba's ummm... lungs.
Best dam performer you have there is Alan Jackson----And what he did for George Jones I saw that night, never will forget!! Also saw George Jones do an interview the next week, and he could hardly talk without crying, ALAN JACKSON IS THE MAN TO ME!!!
The plunging neckline of Reba's dress looks much more risqué in the low quality video where you can't see that there's the sheer fabric over the rest of her chest.
nthnmc very true
i know that there probably isnt a huge portion of your fanbase that are die hard country listeners, but as a fan, I really appreciate this countdown
I like how everyone praises Chris Stapleton for Tennessee whiskey for his awesome lyrics even though he didn’t write them. it’s not that I don’t like him it’s that all the good country songs that people sing today are covers from songs back then.
Really surprised to not see Kellie Pickler's tear wrenching 'I Wonder' and Sugarland "Stay"
“Luke Bryant teared up while singing a song but rather than let you hear it I’ll just keep taking and repeating myself for 2 minutes as I tell you about it”
my opinion is when Alan jackson sang Remember When the world stopped turning...about 9-11
I don’t want to be mean but the song is called Where We’re You When the World Stopped Turning
Yep. Mine to!! I still remember that song really well!!👍🏻👍🏻
I have only one bone to pick.
For #7, Allan Jackson stopped singing his song to pay homage to George Jones...
The CMA didn't request George sing a shortened version of Choices, his biggest hit of the year, they told him he couldn't sing it AT ALL. If he was going to appear as an act on the stage he had to sing another song. Mr. Jones not only refused to sing another song, but refused to be in attendance at that years CMA.
Allan got word that the only reason he was given time was because George turned down his invitation. That's why Allan sang Choices for his time. It was a great big FU to the CMA.
Andrew F. Nelsen Actually, the CMA’s asked George Jones to shorten his song, “Choices” and Jones boycotted in protest. Jackson explained the next night on TNN that he he felt the CMA’s had disrespected George Jones by asking him to shorten his song because, “George Jones isn’t just anybody and I felt he deserved a little more respect than that.” Jones actually called in to the show to thank Alan and tell him how proud he was of him for what he did.
I remember when the " reba song , " does he love you " made its appearance , WOW ! I DO LOVER HER WORK ... and her family roots are traced too Aberdeen Mississippi right down the road from my heritage
Great band. Great songs, great singing, great playing...
It is really sad what Country " music" has become......SMH...
Which is the most unwatchable trash in tv history
@Florida Georgia Line
@@bicuriousdirtbikeboi2594 Rap does NOT belong in country music. These guys are the most untalented out there.
Brad Paisley FINALLY winning EOTY in 2010 after years and years of being nominated and coming up short should have been an honorable mention.

Brad Paisley use to live next door to a friend of mine in Brentwood,Tennessee. He is a super nice guy and very funny.Little did I know at the time he would be a big time country star.
reba is the queen and always wil be
I'm not big on country music, but this was fun to watch. Thanks, MsMojo!
We're happy you liked it! You never know, you might discover a whole new world of music.
Alan singing choices should’ve been 1.
Cash will ALWAYS be remembered!
Awesome collection of historical moments. I'm supposed to work but RUclips is distracting me!
I came here for Reba!!!!!
Jackson----Absolute Class!!!
one missing from the countdown: maybe the first time Garth Brooks won entertainer of the year and he emotionally made a big deal about winning in front of his two favorite Georges (meaning Jones and Strait) but then suddenly remembered George and Barbara Bush were in the audience and he got so embarrassed about leaving him off the George list he stopped and just said "I'm sorry Mr President". hilarious and awesome moment!
Marla Warren What year did that happen? Must've been hilarious!
for some reason I can find a print article, but not a video! articles.chicagotribune.com/1991-10-03/news/9103300379_1_garth-brooks-country-awards-country-music-association
I remember watching that! It was funny! And you're right, it should have made the list!
Marla Warren mi
people's court
Dolly is always a class act!
Am I the only person that remembers kid rock and Hank Williams jr. Singing "you can't say the f word in country music"?
Wow! I saw that very dress up close several times. Reba is some kind of awesome!
Hello 👋 how are you doing?
I don't care for country but I LOVE Crystal Gayle, Dolly and Juice Newton.
I think my most memorable was when Alan Jackson sang "Where were you when the world stopped turning" after 9-11.
How can you leave out Alan Jackson's performance of "Where Were You When the World Stopped Turning" right after 9/11?
Exactly what I thought!!!! I had it #1.
Teal Chastain because when you exploit a tragedy to sell a record people with even average intelligence can see through the bull shit.
+Matooley O'Brien Was that song written to cash in ? I'm just asking, because whether it was or WAS really written from the heart of the writer ? Either way It provided a source of comfort to a lot of folks who were mourning the tragedy..
@@matooleyobrien2918 Alan Jackson is a good man. CMA is a shitty politically correct show full of imbecile followers these days anyways.
I know!
Timberlake and Stapleton's performance somehow made me a country fan
M ca listen to all the country outlaws from the 70s and 80s if you like Chris Stapleton
The Dolly Parton tribute should be on here
I've enjoyed the sound of country over the years. I also like orchestra and symphony, though.
You didn't go back far enough. My favorite was when Ricky Skaggs got the horizon award. Also, let's not forget when Bob Wills got inducted into the Hall Of Fame. Lastly, when Barbara Mandrell sang I Was Country and went out in the audience and harmonized with George Jones!!
I was country, when country wasn't cool
You must still be country.
Country has never been cool.
In your rather un-humble opinion, that is............
shedaisy
they don't get it... Mandrell and Jones
Country has always been cool.
Did you all know the woman singing with Reba ( forgot her name) she is the mother of the girl singer in Lady Antebellum?
I love country music all my life
Oh i'm in love with Shania Twain! That woman is incredible!
and reba still looks hot as hell
It's funny to think that the dress is not really that scandalous anymore... lol. That's pretty tame for today...
I was hoping to see Brad Paisley singing This Is Country Music.
Alan Jackson where were you when the world stopped turning after the 9-11 attacks should have been on this list. It should have been number
should have been number 1
That and Tim McGraw's debut of If You're Reading This...
Natalie Smelser pl
She just seems so nice
this was a good list, but I think the whole Artist of Then, Now, and Forever should have been included
I agree i was hoping that that would be in the top 3 or honourable mentions
I'm sick of hearing of people in the comments saying that they don't like country! Is there anyone here who actually does apart from me???
Guess not
What about Kelli Pickler performance when she broke down... that had to be one of the if not the best moments
Wonder what time thought about Shania sitting on his lap lol
I love Johnny Cash!
Hello Karen, how are you doing today?
Carrie Underwood absolutely KILLED onstage singing "Paradise City"
I just wish that Blake and Miranda were still together
Reba was the STAR!!
They didn't do a very good job explaining Alan Jackson's homage to George. George was invited to sing the song, but found out that he was going to have to do it with an orchestra and only about 30 seconds of it, so he stayed home. Alan, who thought the world of George, decided he was going to say the hell with the music execs and do what he wanted if they wouldn't do it. So, in the middle, literally in the middle of his song Pop A Top, he stopped and went right in to George's song Choices. When it was done, he didn't accept any applause. He held his guitar, turned around and walked off set. George said in his book that him and his wife Nancy, were watching from home and both started crying. He said it was one of the biggest acts of kindness anyone had ever shown to him. Alan Jackson is a class act.
Luke also lost his brother-in-law and now raises his sister's 3 kids
Is it just me or are those two the new Garth and Trisha? They spend A LOT of time on the stage together!!!
if yall were wondering the last song they sang in cash's tribute it is can the circle be unbroken
funny thing tho Reba's dress is tame compared to what we now see at award shows.
Hello 👋 how are you doing?
Hello Adelissa, how are you doing today?
Can y’all please do a top 10 Dolly Parton songs?
Yessss
Faith Hill's freak out doesn't look fake to me.
stargate121 yeah but the other video not broadcast, shot by private videographer actually show hr behind the scenes asking if it was believable and laughing it up about it as she wanted the controversy for a moment. She Sven went to congradulate her after the show. It was all faked for the cameras to spoof CMA production crews. AND burn gossip sites!
Because it's real...and MonzaRacer... You're wrong. She was a poor sport and sore loser.... And a bitch
@@craigphillipchavez1985 You are 100% wrong. I'll be honest, I thought it was real too, and I was disappointed when I found out it was all fake. I don't really like Faith all that much either and she can most definitely be a b*t*h. At least her attitude. She's Beautiful though. IMO. Facts are facts though and I've watched several videos from different perspectives and read other articles about this moment. It was 100% a fake reaction by Faith. It's been acknowledged as such and debunked several times over.
Dolly is a true American Treasure.
Nice.
love
I see Shanis. I Click.
I love Luke Bryan and Reba so much
Loved Johnny Cash tribute.
Brad, carrie, reba, kacey and dolly are my favs

The DRUG REHAB book (HA HA) JUST CAME OUT ON AMAZON. TITLED, "PICKLED". IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT GOING IN, - READ THIS FIRST. PEACE, LOVE AND ROCK AND ROLL
How Great Thou Art
Carrie Underwood and Vince Gill
SHE TOUCHED JOHNNY CASH'S HAIR OHHH MYYYY LORD, SHE TOUCHED A LEGEND😩❤️❤️
What about the moment when a very pregnant Faith Hill joined Tim McGraw on stage in 1997 to sing "It's Your Love", causing a loud, surprised gasp from the audience, and nearly bringing the house down?
Hi 👋 how are you doing?
Reba.....call me
How about when Hank Williams Jr. told them he thought he should be given an award for something he had done when he accepted the best video award. They must have listened, he was Entertainer of the Year the next several years.
Reba
where's the part where Mr. Kardashian jumps on the stage?
What about Jason Aldean and Kelly Clarkson performance?
WE ARE THE US OF A !
As Always...Cash Hands Down...
Country is the best! Are you kidding?
I loved Charlie Rich.
Faith was throwing shade
Wow
Really, the best ever was Justin and Chris.
I clicked on this videos like if Dolly's 1978 entertainer of the year win wasn't on here this would be disapointing.
oh Shania where have you gone! #firstgirlcrush
Lol Marty Stuart 5:15
Also I loved the #1 pick 😄 RIP Johnny R. Cash my hero
Who's the lady behind Reba? She was working that dress!
Linda Davis who sang the duet with her on the album
Shania!
I had forgotten everyone of those moments. Except for Charlie Rich.
As long as I have a face, Reba and Shania always have a place to sit.
You will always be alone, you loser.
"Relevatory"?
reba. still hot
Piles on hair on these ladies
