There are already videos related to that. We are going towards low interest regime in distant future. So interest rate tied to Repo rate would do better over next 10 years. If you can make more money than the interest rate of loan, its worth slowing down your payment over the payment period. Generally real estate should be able to deliver ROI more than 6-7% home loans.
