I saw the first CF817 video. The first seemed more focus on Rob, the person, whereas this was a bit more on their CF 817 community. Both excellent video presentations.

Tadgh Carroll LoL .. Glassman can knock himself out. I've watched all of these CrossFit Videos and most of the boxes were started by people who where doing some form of crossfit before opening a gym. The fact that you can open a gym with no prior crossfit experience is startling to me.

Opening a crossfit degree with out an undergraduate degree in sports science is beyond me
