Ume got her human body back in the afterlife because Gyutaro made the choice for her to become a demon, not her. Was also why she was given the option to “go toward the light”. Whole reason they even burned her alive was because she stabbed that samurai for talking shit about Gyutaro.
Their backstory is honestly the saddest one so far, if only they’d received help from humanity they wouldn’t have turned into demons. They had no other options. As someone with two little sisters idk what I’d do if they were dying and not a single person would help me
22:27 Rengoku is still strong af, remember when he died the other hashiras couldnt believe it and were so baffled?? And to be fair thats an Upper Rank 3 whom he solo-ed without having other slayers assist him or an activated mark on him 😢
People always try to rank the Hashira and never remember how inhumanly strong and devoted the “weakest” Hashira are, who are stated to be some of the strongest Hashira since Breathing Styles were invented. Plus, the match-ups matter. Tengen gets “ranked” low but any other Hashira would have had to kill Gyutaro and Daki both without a scratch in order to not die - and it’s disputable if ANY unmarked Hashira could take on LM6 on their own, let alone without getting poisoned. Each Hashira is exactly where they need to be.
@@quegs honestly great point. Id say Sanemi and Gyomei could both 1v2 Daki and Gyutaro with mid dif but IDK if they could do it without getting poisoned and dying afterwards.
Tengen gets ranked low because he almost completley died to upper 6 with help from Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inouske, Nezuko and his 3 wifes. It took upper 3 to kill Rengoku and he got some good licks in. Hell Tengeb basically already admitted that he isn't one of the stronger hashira. The dude is still broken but compared to other hashira that just aint enough.
Nezuko’s Blood Demon Art only affects only demon and demon art come frome there blood. Which is why she was able to stop Gyutaro’s final attack, burned Rui’s webs without burning Tanjiro & was able to safely burn off Enmu’s dream binding ropes. When Daki got burned by Nezuko’s blood a few episodes previous, she remembered being burned alive by that samurai.
Season 3 is still decent fun but its a huge step down in both animation and pacing from the previous two seasons in my opinion. Very unfortunate but its not like the show becomes bad its just... not as good. I am hoping for Season 4 they give it the production and pacing this series deserves. It appears like they are attempting to stall the series from ending as long as possible and drag it out endlessly in order to make more money because its such a popular series.
lol im talking about the constant use of cheap CGI, like in the mugen train movie, and the many long scenes of stills of a characters face talking for 5 mins straight with no dynamic movement or interesting cuts. Sure, there were a couple really good sakuga moments but compared to the Rengoku fight in mugen train, episode 19 in s1, or the penultimate episode of this arc, nothing in the newest season compares to it. just look at the MyAnimeList score of s3 compared to the other two seasons, its a clear step down in quality of both writing and animation, objectively. @@cybersoul2809
I read somewhere that Daki's human name, "Ume", the one Gyuutaro said came from the disease that killed their mother, is basically syphilis. It's kinda funny, but also kind of sad when you realize that probably means their mother had to resort to prostitution to stay alive. Imagine knowing you were born not from love, but from a poverty-induced lifestyle that kills, and you were named after it.

going to assume that was explained in the manga, no?

Fun fact: The former Upper Six is voiced by the same person who voiced Light Yagami in Death Note(in the sub)

Iguro was praying Tanjiro died 😭 my guy does NOT like him but then again he hates almost everyone
Finally Nezuko carried Tanjiro
Honestly I would love to get some therapy from Tanjiro
Right?! Would be the best therapist lol
Can't wait for you guys to react to s3 😘
If you like Nezuko you guys will enjoy next season.
What about the rest of the characters whom I hate? Will I enjoy the next season?
