  • This badminton smash technique can be done by jumping or without jumping and can be used to play single or double badminton. If we don't jump, then this badminton smash takes advantage of the rotation of the body from tilt to the body facing, taking advantage of the transfer of body weight from back to front by conditioning the back leg from a normal position to tiptoe.
    The speed of badminton that we will apply in this smash technique uses the fore arm muscle (forearm) which is supported by the grip strength of the fingers on the racket grip that will be swung during the racket impact with the shuttlecock.
    The correct swing of the racket in badminton smash technique is that it should not be swung excessively below the stomach, but must be fast and brake / held using the fore arm grip while jerking / jerking.
