But people are different, some of my relatives have diabetes so we are kinda more likely then other people who family doesn't. Maybe you're mistaken by type 1 diabetes (When you have low suagr) and type 2 diabetes (when you have too much suger) So be careful of what you eat, but you can still eat suger of course (I only eats sweets for special occasions).
