Hi Christyan, thanks for the great content ! I'm a young professional children's book illustrator and I feel like there is still a huge lack of informations on the internet about the kidlit industry. I'm learning a lot thanks to your channel, keep up !
Hi Sawyer, my writers' course is already up & running and my Illustrators' course should be available in just over a week's time. I'll then start adding more RUclips videos on all aspects of the industry as we go along. All the best, Christyan
I wish I could track down a copy of one of the first Miffy books... and it's reassuring that even the 'greats' don't always get it right first time (also take a look at Herge's original TinTin drawings, Quentin Blake's early Punch cartoons, Eric Carle's 'Willy the Worm' any many, many others).
So interesting. Too bad there’s not more videos. Not that I like the style of this character design (I don’t like it at all!) but find very interesting to see the history behind the change of style.
Love the exploration of children's books!
Thank you for the history lessons! I just finished watching all 3 videos of this series!
I hope you can make and post more videos please 🙏🏻 I just found out your channel and they're very informative
Very insightful. I can take a lot from this video, thank you! 😊

I’m beginning to see a style in my own whimsical art, seeing this was very insightful♥️🤗☺️
This is so interesting; I've never seen that very first miffy with the diagonal ears!
