The best of DR is its people. Beautiful beaches, mountains and food, but the DR easily has the happiest plp on the planet even the poor sections. I think it’s their great beer perhaps but it should be investigated. My wife and i go twice a year.

As per with the Dominican constitution all the natural resources no matter where they are, belongs to the Dominican state, in theory no beach is private, and no beach must charge anybody, but you can offer other services like transportation if it is in a difficult access zone, rent tables, chairs, boats, a hotel just own a portion of the beach but the most of it is public, if somebody try to kick you out, you just have to tell them you're gonna report them and get your phone out and start to record everything.

I have been to almost every Caribbean country, and out of all the Caribbean countries i have been to, i have to say the DR was the best... the women are just as beautiful as the Colombian woman... when i first got there, it was a little hard because i don't speak Spanish.. but luckily, i met a cool guy and showed me around... I suggest you rent a car... it's every cheap.. like 20 to $25 a day...depending on ur car... Dominican women are absolutely beautiful... enjoy my friend...
