You may be happy to have children, but you don't control when they die or what type of person they'll be. You may hate the person they grow up to be. The other parent may influence them in ways that break your heart. The very thing you made the source of your happiness may be the primary source of your deepest sadness. Don't seek happiness. Seek knowledge. Knowledge of what? Knowledge of where you came from and where you're going. Because this life is just a very short journey and you don't take anything with you when it's over other than your deeds, both good and bad. Don't be one of those ppl who chase material things until you hit that wall of emptiness and turn to drugs to fill that void.
