- In this video, I will explain several of the major arteries that supply oxygenated blood to different regions and organs of the body. These arteries include aorta (ascending aorta, aortic arch, descending aorta which consists of thoracic and abdominal aorta), coronary arteries, brachiocephalic trunk, common carotid arteries, internal carotid arteries, external carotid arteries, subclavian arteries, axillary arteries, brachial arteries, radial arteries, ulnar arteries, celiac trunk, common hepatic artery, left gastric artery, splenic artery, superior and inferior mesenteric arteries, renal arteries, gonadal (testicular, ovarian) arteries, common iliac arteries, internal iliac arteries, external iliac arteries, femoral arteries, patellar arteries, popliteal arteries, anterior and posterior tibial arteries, fibular arteries.
