Just my 2 cents bro, one of the best ways to deal with delays is to attack it front on. I would call each customer that have been affected by the delay, thank them for their support. Explain what the issues are and how you're fixing it. It might take you some time but this move will pay dividends in the long run. Good Luck :)

yeah, I dealt with a lot of defects on my first ever order, switching manufacters, finally found a solid pakistani manufacturer that works with a big brand I know. But yeah it's tough being a brand owner, especially when it comes to manufacturing
You got it bruh, I was going to start my brand but the manufacturer was from china and took me 2-3 months just to get an sample so i caught it ahead of time manufacturing be taking a min. So I been stepping back to learn more before putting myself in a hole.
Bro tip: 4 installment payments. 4th payment is after you've received the bulk AND you check it over to make sure everything is how you wanted it. Another tip you already said you doing is switch to premade. You scaled too high to do pre order. Find a new manu like asap. idc how great your manu prices are. pay more for a better manu. just up your prices for clothing. literally you can charge whatever you want. supporters will buy! Dont stress bro!
i want to start my clothing brand and want it to be with different graphic image like anime, bible quotes and icon movie scenes but i dont know if using images like the iconic titanic scene is like possible without it being copyrighted or something. how do i know if a image i can use is copyrighted, if i can use it or not
