Finally someone else talking about Magus of the Library! Just read volume 7 (no spoilers but setting up from some action!) I recently read Gokurakugai, instantly had my attention with the art and story. I cant wait for next volume. Also Mr. Villain's Day Off, has similar vibes as The Masterful Cat.

I actually started reading Magus of the Library, I got vol 1-3...from the library lol. Its pretty decent, love the art and the worldbuilding.

There are some that are wrapped because they are special editions and or have extras. No all are mature. But 8-9 out of 10 prob are haha

If you're more into mystery and a lot of talking, manga by naoki Urasawa are really great like 20th century boys, pluto, Billy bat and monster.
If you wanna feel really depressed go for goodnight punpun or if you want an action heavy yet masterfully written series, vagabonds the way to go. I really like dorohedoro.

Idk have you read it already, but i highly recommend the series unOrdinary. Volume 2 will soon be out and the series is essentially just Mha but better imo.

I've been reading Homunculus recently and Im pretty into it. I like the mystery that surrounds the other characters. The Vindland books are so huge I would be worried my shelf will break lol I need new shelves
oh yeah i gotta use the missle shelf that locked in on my bookshelves for the x10 blade of the immortal biggies. the big books are so heavy!

1ish so sometimes 2-3 but generally id say 1.5 or something. Wife reads a lot more for sureee

Here’s my recommendations for you, “Worlds End Harem Fantasia”, “Into the Deepest, Most Unknowable Dungeon”, “Yokai Girls” & “Rise of the Outlaw Tamer & his S-Rank Cat Girl”. They all have something in common, I’ll let you work out what that is.

I still have to collect Shangri-La Frontier manga. It was one of my favorite animes ive watched. My recent purchases are queens quality and servamp I'm excited to dive into those. :)
Yeah I will still get them also it just may sit around for awhile. Just reading a zillion things that imo are better so its far down the poll! QQ sweeper/Queens Quality is great I am sure you will enjoy it!
Those Vinland Saga deluxe editions look amazing, but I can’t justify double dipping. I also don’t have room for them.

Oooh moteki that brings me back wow! Holy cow what a past pull. Moteli is about a loser guy who goes into his all the girls like him stage if life. I dropped it back in the day, for me the art and feel are great but the story was not very good and the mc was hard to get behind. But give it a try I'd like a fresh perspective

I wish Poetry of Ran was longer, really cool world, loved all the characters, such a pity it was only 2 volumes. Also had the same issue with “Wicked Trapper”, was really disappointed when I found out vol 4 was the last volume, I actually thought there was no way they could wrap up the story in only 1 volume, but the mangaka actually managed it. But really wanted more as it was a really cool world.

How you felt about Shangri la Frontier is how I felt about Blue Period at volume 14 so I finally dropped it. Might do the same with Shangri la Frontier at some point as well

I've started doing it a bit more often when I just lose interest in a series (I can tell this when I pick up the volume and have literally no desire to read it and even flip through the pages to see if it can get my attention) the longest running one I dropped was One Piece at volume 32.

How do you keep so many series straight? I don't like reading 1 or 2 volumes of a series then moving on; I prefer to read completed series all consecutively.
Its easy they all have different stoires etc so I just read what I want and all the awesome stories. If I waited for them to complete I would never get to read them all. Plus when they come out once every 3 months+ its easy to keep track. (Also these are not all mine my wife reads a bunch that I dont and same back)
