- PARKED 16 YEARS. This Dodge is nothing short of a mess.
We work on ANYTHING with an ENGINE using mostly BUDGET TOOLS.
What are we working on?
1976 Dodge Power Wagon W100
What are we using to complete the work?
Common hand tools and a few wiring diagrams as we try to piece this truck back together.
Do we have any concerns about today's work?
Yes, we are mostly concerned. ;)
Why did we decide to do this?
We enjoy working on old, non-running classics.

We complete work in a small 2 stall garage with limited space. You can do anything you would like to do, no matter the space you have, just plan accordingly and adjust your plans to the size of your workspace. We Believe In YOU!

Are you able to do lots of work in a limited space?
Yes, without question. The biggest issues we face in our 2stallgarage are organization. Keeping the workspace organized and both stalls clear of clutter really helps with motivation, which then helps with productivity. Basically, if I see a clean workspace, I'm much more ready to dive into a project or even just scheduled maintenance.

Mine sat for 18 years. Fuel pump diaphragm was bad n dumped fuel into oil pan when I started it. If you look underneath you will find heavy use of galvanized steel.

@@2StallGarage sounds like a plan. We're making it. Had bunch of massive storms blow thru today tornado hit where my wife works. Luckily they were all ok just some damage to the schools and community

Had that same cb in my truck
Might need a carb rebuild and a fuel pump and take the spark plugs out and burn the gas off of them and use like brake kleen and wire brush the spark plugs and inspect the ignition wires and replace if needed that is where id start anyway and maybe slap a functioning quadrajet carburetor on it until I got the carburetor rebuilt and the Edelbrock carburetor is based off the Carter afb carbs and the front butterflies the fuel bowls are on each side of the front butterflies or choke plate
my 80 w150 was last inspected in 04 in mo and i drove it off the trailer in iowa. Sure took a while to get the smell out of her

And I am not a great big fan of the Edelbrock carburetors but when tuned they do ok but I prefer the Rochester and Carter quadrajet carburetors and the demon carburetor series.
Let's go to electronic ignition and it's a two barrel intake manifold if somebody put a adapter plate on upside down from a two barrel to four barrel what's the Four Brothers supposed to be down in a two-barrel sticking up and it's the other way around the sign on the side says it all it's been beat

Power feeding into the truck goes to the back of the ammeter gauge in the dash and then to the fuse block and to engine??
I was able to get resolve the spark issue in the very 1st video. More or less, wires were just disconnected and I had to play the "where did these come from" game. :)

They are peerless Baja wide track at tires usually sold by big o tires company my 86 chevy k20 had the same tires and they were on the truck 11 years

Hey guys bet 5 bucks them newer wheels not fit the big dana fromt hubs.. lol. Center hole id round nit fit rear axle hub neither. Been there done that. Yep
