You can`t evaluate Eighteen Project with University Town, Each Villa in Eighteen Project are totally open from all around very open space front of Villa.
So, no need to add Eighteen name for compression.
University Town society, Location wise ideal and with Peacefull environment.
few negative points are there, no facility for Jogging, Playground, Sports club and, no access to public transport.
