She's to young to know the ORIGINAL BATCHES OF KOUROS...its a man scent ...I've smelled young guys trying to sport it ...but it's more the mature man scent 😊 still one of my favorites 👍👍

You have to understand she was born in an era that lemon pledge fragrances where prominent. so the crotch smell of kouros mixed with the clean soap dichotomy is rattling her olfactory nerves. The man wearing this has to be a bad ass dude! I wear it in jeans and a white fitted tee. Or a black dress shirt with gray slacks skull cuff links three sprays max. Then you have to walk out like you don’t give a crap about what anyone thinks. Then it smells attractive…trust the mustard said the ketchup to the hotdog.

Kouros is a timeless classic that's not as washed down as all those sweet and fresh fragrances, but an animalic beast that's absolutely unique. Whoever doesn't like it is either too young or spoiled by uninspired fragrances.
Exactly who the hell cares if something is "old" garauntee if she blind tested it and thought it was some new trendy designer fragrance she would have scored it way higher. I find myself going to old school fragerances because too many popular men's fragerances just smell too unisex nowadays.
Boss bottled intense has gotten me more compliments than pretty much any thing else I’ve got .. maybe Layton but I haven’t gotten to wear it much since the weather is warming up since I got it
I got a 50ml of Boss Intense and grabbed another 100ml because it's being discontinued, I agree the best compliments have been from Boss Bottled, you can't beat the Apple Pie!
Leyton to me is probably the most disgusting thing I have smelt, ever. All the PDM scents are the same, sickly sweet cloying . Had to wash this off. How anyone likes this stuff?

Great review but I personally disagree with Rasasi Hawas. This fragrance is one of the fragrances in my collection that has garnered me the most compliments. It's a beast projector, long lasting and compliment magnet. Highly recommended! A few other fragrance killers in my experience are: 1. YSL La Nuit de L'homme 2. Spicebomb Extreme by V&R 3. D&G The One EDP 4. YSL Y EDP 5. Mancera Cedrat Boise Shout out from Costa Rica! 👌🏽
So I'm browsing the fragrance side of RUclips and can't help but be sad a bit. Bleu de Chanel was the first sample vial I ever had and I love it. But, maybe it isn't the optimized scent for me... EDIT 5/21/2022: I have purchased a bottle of Montblanc Explorer! It smells amazing to my nose, and I can't wait to see how it works "in the wild"! EDIT 9/15/2024: Over time, Explorer just got acrid. I made a switch to Le Male and am in love with it...but I'm now considering switching it up to something more appealing.
My woman killer is Prada Luna Rosa black and Prada l’homme. Luna Rosa black leaves scent trail even after 5 hrs after spraying. Prada l’homme smells even better when braking a sweat in the hot weather.
Versace Pour Homme, straight Summertime frag, clean, citrus, flowery... Lacoste blanc L1212, also citrusy flowery... Paco Rabanne Pour Homme, classic fougere, might not appeal to younger women but if you got the personality... It just works
Paco Rabanne Pour Homme is the cologne my brother and I both wear. People get turned off when he use it and in the same breath people will ask me what do I use because I smell so good! I guess its how your body reacts to it.

I didn’t like hawas at first but now I really like it also it’s gets a lot of compliments. People will smell hawas through the mask. Haha. Two of my favourites, Kouros and Brut got 1/10. They are timeless classics. The dirty/clean animalic nature of Kouros is certainly off putting for most people under 30. It’s from a different age but it’s still an incredible fragrance with huge depth and intrigue. I’m afraid most people have been brought up in the post-Boss Bottled (great fragrance btw) and Allure Homme Sport world. Where everything is fruity or shower fresh. Luca Turin’s review of Kouros in his book Perfume from 2008 is a beautiful piece of writing and places Kouros as something the Lost Generation of WW1 might wear. Well I still wear it every so often and couldn’t care less if it ‘offends’ people (one American reviewer posed that it would get you thrown out of restaurants if worn to dinner). Brut is an aromatic fougere that deserves to sit alongside Azzaro Pour Homme and Rive Guache Pour Homme. Both of the latter are classics that few men under 40 could pull off. But they are also superbly crafted fragrances that have unrivalled sophistication and character that most modern fragrances can’t pull off. But I grant you, in a world where getting compliments is seemingly more important then these ‘old school’ fragrances stand little chance. Which is a great shame in my opinion. If you’re someone truly into perfumery then it’s worth exploring something like Kouros and unpicking it’s DNA. At least from an historical perspective and to broaden one’s olfactory horizons.

my number 1 lady killers are Bacarat Rouge 540 Extract, MFK Oud Satin Mood, BDK Rouge Smoking. These three gets me compliments from every woman and man that I come across! I've even wore these to work and the entire office complimented me and wanted to know what they are.
I am not a big fan of Versace Dylan Blue (get that as a gift) but every single time i wear it gettin So many compliments from ladies. (And from guys;) Definitely my most complimented !

But, the new King and the ultimate Ladykiller Perfume is: YSL la nuit de l'homme bleu électrique!!! Mont Blanc Explorer opening is phenomenal, however like most of Mont Blanc fragrances its lasting and sillage is where it loses his ground. Experience can differ as where I live weather is hot and humid nonetheless Explorer opening can make anyone fall for it. Thank you.

Lost Cherry biggest compliment getter of your entire grouping. My wife wears it for a function and is constantly asked “what are you wearing, it’s so good” her skin brings out the cherry. Side Affect is a banger!! It gets better throughout the dry down. Haven’t tried mixing it, cause I’d be spooked about choking people out.

Brut is an aromatic fougere that deserves to sit alongside Azzaro Pour Homme and Rive Guache Pour Homme. Both of the latter are classics that few men under 40 could pull off. But they are also superbly crafted fragrances that have unrivalled sophistication and character that most modern fragrances can’t pull off.
But I grant you, in a world where getting compliments is seemingly more important then these ‘old school’ fragrances stand little chance. Which is a great shame in my opinion. If you’re someone truly into perfumery then it’s worth exploring something like Kouros and unpicking it’s DNA. At least from an historical perspective and to broaden one’s olfactory horizons.

@@peterchen5342 it's killer. The best flanker imo. More depth and no bubblegum vibe like most JPG fragrances. It's way more mature and great for the summer. Lasts very long, great sillage and projection. Worth every penny. There's also reviews on YT if my opinion isn't enough. Blessings.

Just got into "nicer" fragrances. Picked up the safe choices of Versace Dylan Blue, and Dolce & Gabanna The One EDP
@Jose Nunez My buddy bought a sample of Dylan Blue for me after we tested a bunch at stores. Ended up buying 200ml with a Amazon giftcard and 150ml of D&G. My casual summer is St. Barts from Tommy Bahama. It's very nice and affordable. I should have enough to last for a few years lol.

Good question, the Covid mask thing has really taken a toll on compliments. I seem to be getting positive female feedback for Burberry Hero, John Varvatos XX Indigo and Agonist Blue North, recently.
my number 1 lady killers are Bacarat Rouge 540 Extract, MFK Oud Satin Mood, BDK Rouge Smoking. These three gets me compliments from every woman and man that I come across! I've even wore these to work and the entire office complimented me and wanted to know what they are.

Incredible and still a lot of compliments for Sauvage EDT, Dolce & Gabbana Light blue Intense and in the last weeks also for Dior Homme 2020. But, the new King and the ultimate Ladykiller Perfume is: YSL la nuit de l'homme bleu électrique!!! Absolutely unbelievable reactions, the girls are not able not to flirt with me after they smelled it. You have to use it powerful, 10 ore more sprays, don't be afraid and wait what will happen if you go out....
This woman gave TF Oud Wood a 5/10 I’m done.

Mont Blanc Explorer opening is phenomenal, however like most of Mont Blanc fragrances its lasting and sillage is where it loses his ground. Experience can differ as where I live weather is hot and humid nonetheless Explorer opening can make anyone fall for it. Thank you.
