At 2:52 a toss there would be very musical....it's great to see how much you've improved your body quality since the last time I've seen your videos.. Only technical thing is your tosses, make sure your right hand god straight up and down on the release and your free hands make sure to commit to the it will make you catches even stronger....great job and keep spinning:)

I wish I had an opportunity to do color guard in middle school! I started guard in high school. You should totally make a channel. Just make sure you have good quality, get to the point videos. Guard is a big community and I'm sure people would be interested in watching your channel.

This is a late reply I'm sorry, but always stretch out your wrists before practicing :) it'll help with so many moves and prevent so many injuries

Allie Renee no it’s all about the timing on the rifle. Say you’re tossing a triple. 3 counts. Lift your leg on the & count of 2 then catch on 3.
