I choosed ent as i loved ent. Never expected to do mch in other branch after ent as ent itself is a branch. Life is not that long to always do mch n fellowship n superduperspecialty & say sikney ko bahut milta hai but salary nahin hai. Ent IS JUST COMPLETE ITSELF.

Very much true but as the scope of sub-specialities is growing, in coming years, getting a good job would get difficult without a fellowship in Tier 1 cities!
