IMPORTAN TO KNOW:
• You can play as Shadow in the Adventure Mode as soon as you have obtained 3.000 EXP in the Tails' Challenge "Shadow Rewards" category.
• You can't select Shadow in Boss Fights - this includes Nightmare Eggman.
• Using the Stomp Ability on solid ground activates Chaos Control - not on Springs or Rails.
• Shadow is not playable in the Sweet Dreams Zone.
• Besides the Main Stages, you can use Shadow in selected Missions (Race to the Dream Portal, Collect 6 Dream Shards).

I’m trying to play the shadow challenges but there’s a bug where it won’t let me even though I have enough xp
It's a known error and should get fixed with the next update!

can anybody help me? I have the shadow symbol unlocked but i cant get into shadow rewards.
How do i unlock for the main stages, for me he only shows up in tails challenge.
You need to unlock him through the Shadow Rewards. 3K XP is required.
How did you get enough exp for shadow?
I played the update way ahead of release. That's why I was able to collect enough EXP to unlock him for the main campaign. :)
