@@JonBarberArt Yes, thanks for asking.. I did 2 paintings for my mother's birthday and 2 more just messing around.. not bad considering the weather we've been having in the UK recently!

Man the first time I used acetone I ended up messing up the caps. This was super thorough. Lots of good tips

Just got some supplies I bought paint at local Walmart and if I like it I'm gonna buy some Montana spray paint .....really want to try water based because it's cold here but don't want to mess poster board up

Hi Michael, Thank you very much for watching and for taking the time to leave this comment it’s really appreciated :) Yes that's the best way, try it before spending lots on spray paint :) I found that water based spray paint won't work that well on glossy paper (not sure about poster board tho, never used it) but worked well on canvas , i have videos on my channel where i tried water based spray paint on glossy paper in one video and then in another one i tried it on canvas :) How are you finding painting with spray paint are you enjoying it :)

I too have purchased spray cans since watching your videos. You're very informative, I hope with practice I'll be able to turn out art that comes close to yours. Have you done the Northern lights? I'll go through the videos again & see.

Hey, does it work also on a table which was used for painting ? Also does any kind of nail polish remover with acetone will work?

Acetone is very hard on the skin. Gloves is the safest and best bet for everyone.

So I've been trying spray paint art myself. One of the issues I'm having is when I try to do the highlights of the planet and also trying to make those real prominent stars with a putty knife. The white paint runs off of both of them so fast. So I have to lift the bowl immediately on a highlight or it'll run on to the painting. Same with the knife, after a spray or two it's dripping off of the putty knife. I don't think I'm too close with the can... anyways, any thoughts? I would really appreciate it.

Hi John, Thank you very much for watching and for taking the time to leave this comment and question, it’s really appreciated :) This could be one of two things :) first that you are letting to much paint out which pools and then runs down, to avoid this try pressing the cap down lighter, or second the paint is a bit thinner so it won't take much for it to start running, it may be the case that you have to wipe the scraper every line you do, or if it is thin paint try press the cap down lighter to let less paint out :) O try using lids and not a bowls for your stencils, bowls in my mind are not the best to use, and with flat lids you wont get any paint running down :) hope this helps :)

Hi Pdx, Thank you very much for watching and for taking the time to leave this comment and question, it’s really appreciated :) All the left over liquid goes back in the jar/bottle for using again, as it will work over and over all the other equipment used is put in a draw ready for when i clean at a later date :)

Hi I'm James from the UK, could you please tell the percent of nail clean to acetone please as I can't find it anywhere on your page's and you didn't say anything about it in the footage.
Hope to get a reply from you soon.
    Kind regards
    James

Hi James, Thank you very much for watching and for taking the time to leave this comment and question, it’s really appreciated :) It doesn't really matter the percent, i have used a few different makes and all i look for is if it has acetone in it, everyone has worked the same so far for me, Thats the reason why i never said anything about the percent :) hope this helps :)

Hi Stephen, Thank you very much for watching and for taking the time to leave this comment and question, it’s really appreciated :) I haven't brought any paper for almost 3 years now, as the last time i want to buy some the paper supplier told me he was in the process of stopping trading, so i got a loads of sheets from him, i still have loads left, so haven't looked for a new supplier yet, but all i did to find the one i was using was to look on the internet for paper suppliers that are close or that will ship to you, Sorry i couldn't be more helpful.
