Nick sometimes goes a bit nuts with pronunciations. For example "timbre". It's not pronounce "Tam bray" - possibly an attempt to give it a Frenchy fillip. Not a successful effort, Nick. Try "TAM brr". Somewhat closer. I also find the laboured way Nick reads Bertie's part - at a snail's pace and very deliberately, a wee bit...tooth gritting.
Jude, I thought you had long given up on these stories - understandable with all that tooth gritting going on! However, always nice to have you along - and your corrections. If timbre should turn up again, I now know the way!
