Add oil to the pan
Fry 250 gms paneer
Add ghee
Whole spices (cinnamon stick, bay leaf, cardamom, jeera)
1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Cook for 2 mins
1 cup chopped tomatoes
Salt
Let it cook for 3 mins
In a bow add
1/2 cup curd
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
Whisk it well and add the mixture to your pan and let it cook for another 3 mins
Add water
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp garam masala
Let it cook for 2 mins
Add your fried paneer
Cook for another 5 mins
Add green chillies
Coriander
