Thank you for your insights. I'm curious to know if you have any research on the growth/decrease of young adults involvement in Japanese politics.

In American law the Lobbying Act allows business expenses to be understood in the fiscal policy. As an incentive of small business contracting this has historical meaning with safeguarding of lobbying contract information effecting the industrial relations. In my experience this concern with the American Japan Chamber of Commerce needed attention with open meetings and membership relations. Investor relations of corporations of Japan sometimes rely on incentives from the U.S. federal reserve buy-in with U.S. FDIC baking premium rates of interest bearing certificates. Japanese politics in view of safeguarding legislature that the interested parties support the Japanese industrial base rely on the return on investment for their mutual concern in the industrial relations. In short, Japanese politics is important with incentives and the foreign policy.
