    First restaurant I ever worked at made us prep honey butter before each shift. We hated that side work more than anything. Now that I'm almost forty I love it! Thank you for this, and keep it coming! Best wishes, Derek.

    I just love how you always scrape down liquid ingredients, I find it satisfying. Most recipe videos just dump in liquid ingredients without scraping the cup and I cringe because there's so much left in the cup, though I know they might've done it off cam but still.. am I making sense? Lol. Thank you for sharing your amazing recipes, gonna try this on toast!

    You can add pecans or walnuts. I think I this butter but with the nuts.

    Add 3 drops of real vanilla extract, and that tastes like heaven

    I've never had European style butter before, do you find it has that extra bit of tanginess from the fermentation?

    • @SugarSpunRun
      @SugarSpunRun  3 года назад +2

      I would say a richer flavor, but not tangy. It's really good. :)

      @@joorymohammed501 Odd question. That is irrelevant to this channel and video and frankly is none of your business. lol

    What would you use honey butter on? I have never even heard of people making this. Like a croissant or something?

    • @SugarSpunRun
      @SugarSpunRun  3 года назад +2

      Anything you put butter on is great. Croissants, home made bread, bagels. It adds a nice extra sweetness to your butter. 😊

      Putting it on bread or rolls when eating. It goes well on things like french toast too. :)

      Add some cayenne pepper spice to it and brush it on corn on the cobb a few times while it's on the grill (no foil wrapping) ,cook to your liking...man that's good stuff!
