im a huge ducks fan and after 4 years watching him i knew he would be successful in the nfl. but at the level hes been playing at currently i did not expect. people forget that oregon is mostly a run first team. he didnt get to shine a lot in college so when he made mistakes thats all the scouters/analysts focused on. he rarely got flustered and even if he did he usually bounced back like nothing happened. i still feel to this day that the chargers stole the draft. herbert is the only reason i follow the chargers. i followed the titans for a bit because of mariota but i eventually realized he was just a college product and probably wouldnt excel in the nfl. now that he was benched by the titans and is now the backup in LV my assumptions seem pretty spot on

I honestly think the nfl caliber receivers can catch the passes that the college ones couldn’t when it comes to herbert being a lil off with his accuracy. Crazy to think what he could become once he improves the accuracy

The Chargers name and logo was created originated in Los Angeles 1960
    L.A. memorial Coliseum ⚡️🐴 🏈
The name originated from the USC football games then musician and team kicker Tommy Trojan played and helped inspire then owner Barron Hilton when Hilton attended the USC football games at the LA Coliseum every time Tommy would run out to the field to attempt the extra point kick the USC fans would yell out Tommy’s Charge! Chant he created as a musician
“Da Da Da Da Trojan Warriors Charge!!
So that’s we’re R.I.P Barron Hilton then owner got inspired for the name from that Da Da Da Charge! Chant
The proof is in the Battle Horse logo charging into battle hence the battle horse inside the original L.A Chargers 1960 shield logo very similar to a USC Trojan warrior Charging into battle with a Sword and shield.
The lightning bolt came from Barron Hilton liking the Air Force college team logo.
Till this day that Charge! Chant is heard at the games and through out other sporting events.
Da Da Da Da Charge! ⚡️🐴 🏈
The Chargers r the true original L.A. born team playing for the original birthplace and not too many teams can claim that fact!
The Rams were born in Cleveland.
The Raiders were born in Oakland.
and that’s a fact those other teams can’t ever claim.
And also the Chargers r also the true Southern California team they have never left Southern California unlike the Rams born in Cleveland and played in St.Loius and the Raiders born in Oakland and play in Las Vegas Nevada.

Al Davis copied the 1960 original Los Angeles Chargers shield logo when Al Davis left the Los Angeles Chargers coaching staff in 1962 to become the Oakland Raiders manager in 1963 he then added the original Los Angeles Chargers shield logo to the Oakland Raiders pirate logo on 1963 Coincidentally
The Oakland Raiders pirate logo didn’t have the shield logo originally birth year of 1960-1962 until Al Davis joined the Raiders on 1963 then coincidentally added the shield to the pirate logo.
Raiders Copy cat shield logo but the true original L.A. logo is the 1960 Los Angeles Chargers battle horse shield logo.
Da Da Da Da Charge!!! ⚡️🐴 🏈

Los Angeles Chargers Won 52-28 vs
    the Oakland Raiders in 1960
at the Los Angeles memorial coliseum 1960...
Then again beat the Oakland Raiders at Candlestick stadium in San Francisco 1960
    Los Angeles Chargers 41
    Oakland Raiders 17.
Los Angeles Chargers the true original L.A. born team
Da Da Da Da Charge! ⚡️🐴 🏈

In the beginning i noticed it more, maybe because he was In his first games and they wanted to get his feet wet. Once the game against Tampa happened, they definitely started to let him bomb the ball a lot more, he put up a couple of deep balls against New Orleans and Buffalo and in both games vs Vegas as well

    • @mroverdose14

@@Herberttoallen Ok, not a fan of Herbert but as a former player I respect his game. Think he's a little over hyped cause of how he hit the deep balls last season.

@@mroverdose14 I agree completely he does have room to grow as far as constistently forming 10+ play drives, but as far as he is I can say I’m at least comfortable with the QB sotuation

      @mroverdose14 3 года назад +1

@@Herberttoallen That's fair. He surprised me as we both played for the same coach in college. So many in the media said he was missed used by coaching and I know that's false as the coach he played for help create NFL players at Rutgers, FIU, ALABAMA and Oregon.
      Herbert was just inconsistent.
Let's hope he improve and not regress as he did in college

@@mroverdose14 impressive I liked Anthony Lynn as well, I also got some college ball under my belt it’s nice to be able to converse with other athletes who understand this game on a deeper level
