If land cost is 40 crores (not 100crores) , and construction cost is 2000 per sqft, how much should you sell it for? Hyderabad is still the cheapest among metro cities. Except for madhapur, kokapet and neopolis areas, you can still get a flat for 40 lacs to 1 crore. How can you expect the prices to be same when all other prices are increasing. You should blame the landowners for increased prices, not the builders.
