I read Atlas Shrugged, Fountain head and a few more books of Ayan Rand in 1981 while I was in my college. Really the feeling were thrilling. Intoxicated with a different thinking. My closest friend was busy in reading Marxist literature. We never clash with ideas. Personal friendship is different. One for the group and the group for the unduvidual. Individual contributes to commune and the cinmunity stands for the unduvidual. What more romantic social idealogy we find. But what happened actually worldwide is a different issue
Ayn Rand didn't say we don't need other people. In a rational society other people can be a great value and in an irrational society it can be worse than being alone, depending on how irrational it is. She specified what the right relationship between people is: the Trader Principle. To trade value for value, in both material and non-material realm, instead of being a parasite or a victim. The Virtue of Independence means you don't demand to consume more than you produce. The independent person is not one who is cut off from others. It's one who first produces, trades, and then consumes. This is the general state. Only because this is the general condition of humans that we can afford to take care of those who must be dependent (children and severely disabled people, say).

Thank you Swapna and Rgv sir...for this great episode, I can’t explain my feelings in words about this ayn rand episode.., I can proudly say that my thought process and life before ramuisam and after 🙏 ..
@ Right. But some slaves CHOSE slavery against freedom. For ex. the certain political leaders, the so called FANs of cine heros, certain union workers etc.
It's not about becoming slave to someone, How can one become intelligent unless he heed to knowledge, V r not philosophers or somebody who already know everything about life bybirth V first started learning alphabets A-Z in our childhood, then A for Apple, so on.. that doesn't mean v became slave to our teachers in school.. It's actually learning something which is worth to be learned & dats wat will make u intellectual one day.. that is wat life is about ... "Learning", it's an art and it shouldn't be stopped throughout our life!!! V r never learned.. learning is a process, shud keep on continuing..
CRAZY!! though you dont have those fiercely eyes, but i can feel that from your disquisition, where i can portray AYN RAND(her) fierce full eyes in my mind. @RGV 👏
Im so glad to have heard these interviews to understand the right ways to lead life in our own capacity and become that person first like who u imagine as an ideal being , to have identified and understood that , I'm extremely glad this man shared his knowledge to the world, this surely will shape a segment of society and a generation that will follow, life before and after RGV 👍
Many be.1% of cons, but you are the one of the gem to lead life, I dont admire you but I think your philosophies are damn correct to lead our lives in present generation🎉
Everyone should read this book "The fountain head" and it's very important to understand the objective of our lives....I like RGV sir because, he sees everything in alternate prospective with different explanation....
Wowwww absolutely same as you mentioned, I was radical and communist behavior until 25.. I always think this myself but now realized this is with everyone
A good interview by RGV, i suggest he reads "Blackwell Companion to Philosophy" - A companion to AYN Rand, may be it is with him now. Ayn Rand did not believe in any faith, and she lived her life and it was the heaven on earth, many among us who can shed away GUILT and follow her can do so the same and so believ ing about Heaven or Hell was not in any of her books. Nietzsche was far ahead of his times because Europe was struggling to emerge out of the cocoon of the papacy and religion's hold and after passing through Renaissance and Enlightenment, and with Victorian morals being broken down, it took a good 400 years from 1500 through 1900's many philosophers had to use an alterego and Nietzsche created one Zarathustra, and it is AYN Rand with same analogy created Howard Roark in Fountainhead. She acknowledges with this quote in circa 1935 - " Thus spake Zarathustra is my Bible. I can never commit suicide while i have it" . Many people take time to spell Nietzsche, and many of his writings are understood after his death in 1900. It may be a sheer coincidence Ayn Rand was born after he died. I have to read Ayn Rand and understand her a lot, but RGV has given good insights and seems to be well versed.

Thank you Swapna and Rgv sir...for this great episode, I can’t explain my feelings in words about this ayn rand episode.., I can proudly say that my thought process and life before ramuisam and after 🙏
..
Really I felt as you bro..
When you feel overwhelmed by someone’s intellect, that is when you become slave to their intellect and stop using your own intellect.
Ravikanth Goud Garu..baaga chepparu sir.
Very true ,but we have a choice also not to be a slave.
If one has a proper liberal education then one will have sufficient confidence in his own intellect as to not feel overwhelmed by another's.
@ Right. But some slaves CHOSE slavery against freedom. For ex. the certain political leaders, the so called FANs of cine heros, certain union workers etc.
It's not about becoming slave to someone,
How can one become intelligent unless he heed to knowledge,
V r not philosophers or somebody who already know everything about life bybirth
V first started learning alphabets A-Z in our childhood, then A for Apple, so on.. that doesn't mean v became slave to our teachers in school..
It's actually learning something which is worth to be learned & dats wat will make u intellectual one day.. that is wat life is about ... "Learning", it's an art and it shouldn't be stopped throughout our life!!!
V r never learned.. learning is a process, shud keep on continuing..
Was waiting for this
I will read her books now. My thoughts and philosophy is resonating while I listen to hers.
I have read the FOUNTAINHEAD story and I totally changed myself. Really her philosophy is most amazing.
Read her all books The fountainhead, atlas shrugged, anthem.. etc
If u Hv less time, read atlas shrugged. It sums up all her philosophy.
If u have more time, read all books. (Mainly fountainhead and atlas shrugged)

Thank you RGV REALLY YOU HAVE A POTENTIAL TO DESCRIBE THE POWER OF AYN RAND......

Many be.1% of cons, but you are the one of the gem to lead life, I dont admire you but I think your philosophies are damn correct to lead our lives in present generation🎉
has changed my way of thinking
Everyone should read this book "The fountain head" and it's very important to understand the objective of our lives....I like RGV sir because, he sees everything in alternate prospective with different explanation....
ruclips.net/video/UDb3VwfqElo/видео.html
Really I'm thankful to you..... really I love AYN RAND PHILOSOPHY..... thanks to RGV
Ayn Rand did not believe in any
faith, and she lived her life and it was the heaven on earth, many among us who can shed away GUILT and follow her can do so the same and so believ
ing about Heaven or Hell was not in any of her books.
What a great information and big comment.
I hope Ayn Rand will be happy after seeing Ramu describing her as she was ( where ever she is now- RIP ).
