3:00 Brain Wash, I think it is extremely unfair on your part, to say that Riteish Deshmukh was the 'only' good thing about Ek Villain. Top film critics like Rajeev Masand, Komal Nahta and Taran Adarsh praised the performances of Sidharth and Shraddha as well. What you said is very disrespectful to the two actors who along with Ritesh, worked really hard for the film. Riteish obviously gave an outstanding performance because he is a brilliant and experienced actor. But, the performances of Sidharth and Shraddha were no less outstanding, so please do not discredit them. You talked about Varun who reinventing himself for Badlapur, but you completely ignored Sidharth, who proved his talent and versatility as an actor, in Ek Villain. His debut in SOTY was nothing extraordinary. Just after playing a kind hearted and sweet natured chocolate boy in Hasee Toh Phasee, he played a ruthless gangster in Ek Villain. He took up such a challenging role even though he had very little experience in acting. Still, he delivered a wonderful performance as a dark, intense character. He actually worked out to get aggression out of himself. Shraddha displayed her charisma, acting skill and singing talent. All three of them added a lot of emotion to the film and made it special in their own way.
I guess I can agree with that. She could have worded it out a little bit politely but at the same time, she's not wrong. Riteish carried like 80% of the movie and frankly, his is the only performance I can remember well. It's not that they didn't work hard, it's just that Riteish went overboard and completely killed it.
@@dreamer9375 How could Riteish have carried 80% of the movie when Sidharth had much more screen time than him? I can completely understand why Riteish was praised more than Sidharth and why perhaps made a bigger impact than Sidharth. His performance was considered more impressive by many people because his role was more difficult to play. Also, he previously got typecast as a comic actor and nobody ever imagined him in a negative role before, definitely not in that of a psychopath, misogynistic serial killer. I equally enjoyed watching all the three lead actors. We all have our own perceptions. If you think Sidharth and Shraddha are nothing compared to Riteish, I would strongly disagree but still respect your opinion. I would just like you to understand that Riteish is senior to Sidharth and Shraddha in Bollywood. Look up the internet if you don’t believe me, but Ek Villain was Riteish’s 30th film, Sidharth’s 3rd and Shraddha’s 4th. It’s extremely obvious that Riteish has far more acting experience than them. But, Sidharth with mere two films’ experience, gave quite an impressive performance for a newcomer who isn’t a trained actor. He gave the right expressions with good dialogue delivery and intensity, in every single scene, be it the one where he kills Deepu in front of his family or the one where he opens up to Aisha for the first time. Carefully observe his expressions in the violent and romantic scenes, and you will see the emotional range he showed. He proved his potential and versatility with Ek Villain. He was just as convincing in the role of a murderous gangster, as he was in the role of a chocolate boy in Hasee Toh Phasee. Anyways if you have any doubt about Sidharth’s talent, please watch Shershaah. Coming to Shraddha, she proved herself as something more than just a pretty face in Ek Villain, with her charm.
The video is very good and ofcourse I respect the fact that every opinion is subjective (including my own), I feel the creator got confused between a different reinventing role of an actor/actress and a comeback movie. Mohobbatein was a comeback movie whereas it was Paa which was a reinventing movie for Amitabh Bachchan. Also for Priyanka Chopra it was Barfi which was her reinventing performance as she had to research and undergo a transformation to pull off a character going through autism. Both barfi and paa were commercial box office hits. Mardani again was more like a comeback movie but I agree was different than her usual roles but having said that Black still is a movie where Rani proved that she’s a bankable actor in any genre and not just for roles where she’s the girl next door.
Can you make video on best nepokids actors in bollywood??? It would be g8. I mean Faran Aktar and Hritik Roshan are one of the best people in the industry.

Varun Dhawan 🔥🔥😎😎
Saif ali khan is more growing actor ever, always do challenging role, legend saif ali khan 💯
You have missed Kangana Ranaut for Thalaivi
1:19 I watched this movie by chance and oh my god! I can't get it out of my head even if I tried.
Akshay Kumar's Kesari was his most memorable role
I think amir khan should be in this list. He also emerged into a great actor with diverse roles. 3 idiots, gajini, dangal.
But he never had to reinvent to stay relevant.
He always did offbeat and diverse roles.
Amir is better than srk and salman
@@westfieldcom3839 Yes
Kareena in Jab we met is the best example
Akshay Kumar in Hera pheri omg !!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Nobody could replace his character Raju 💘
Even Paresh Rawal changed Hera pheri
Can you make video on best nepokids actors in bollywood??? It would be g8. I mean Faran Aktar and Hritik Roshan are one of the best people in the industry.
Hey Urvi!! Well, Iam a Maharashtrian as well, and I would love if u would make a video about Marathi serials (coz they are shit 😂). It will be something different and we Marathi audience would love to listen to ur thoughts. Hope u will consider this request ❤️❤️
Marathi serials are still way better than hindi serials
@@hemantsakunde6652 That's debatable 😂
@@hemantsakunde6652 right marathi serials are better than hindi serials
You should add Salman Khan in Dabbang
Agreed most of his big commercial films are bad but Dabbang was a gamechanger for his career and he stepped away from the romantic image to become the action hero
No wanted is a gamechanger of Salman Khan
Dabangg copy movie
Yeah!!!!! I am 351th viewer
First time this early
I started to love Anushka after NH10 ❤️
I think Salman Khan also should be on the list for Bajrangi Bhaijaan
Tere naam ka smj me aata hai lekin bajrangi ka nhi
Both Tere Naam and Bajrangi Bhaijaan can make this list.
Salman didn't reinvent himself in BB. He just talked softly in the name of acting.
@@prashant2144 tere naam itni baar ban chuki rhi tho usko dekh kar thoda character ko samjha hoga lekin bajrangi bhaijan fresh thi
Wanted, Dabangg, Sultan these three also
Deepika padukone in cocktail was also memorable!!
Why no SRK in the list
It is very easy to take risk in your downfall but it takes guts & courage to take risk at peak of your career
SRK did that in swades
After that he again took break
Prepared & trained for more than 3 months for chak de india
To fit into Rizwan khan,s character
He changed his look, appearance & his mindset as Asperger's syndrome patient can't smile, cry
he took one of the biggest risk of his career by not releasing his movie in2009 (he was biggest star by miles back than & he used to have 2-3 releases every year back than)
Kjo in one of his interview told that
SRK had gone so deep into Rizwan,s character that even off screen he used to behave like Rizwan
& he also told that SRK had to consult to physician & psycholoist to get out of Rizwan,s character
Can you please do a video on Hindi movies adopted from iconic South movies, specifically Malayalam?
Body guard was the last one thy took from Malayalam film...the rest is from Tamil...So if Bollyweed takes more movie's,then only they can make one.... Kanchana was remade to Laxxshmi,Bhaagamathie to Durgamati,Now Jersey is being remade,Kabir Singh itself was Arjun Reddy.. Lovely Singh was the last one to take from Malayalam...
Selmon bhoi is remaking a marathi film.... Aldready told by reviewer Surej Kumar...
If Gangs of Wasseypur is made today with the same cast but with a different storyline, it would be the most ambitious project ever in Bollywood. All of the cast are cult actors now. ( Nawaz, Manoj, Pankaj, Rajkumar etc)
Anushka Sharma 🥰🤍
Why is no one talking about mardaani and rani mukherjee's role in it..The concept, the acting, the cast everything was just splendid and I loved the 2nd part as well specially the actor who performed the villain's role who god what a spectacular performance..I hope to see more parts of this movie
Bipasha basu is amazing in raaz 3 and alone .. she nailed it ❤❤❤
What about salman???he also changed his image n role from rom com n drama hero to mass action hero from wanted 😍😍🔥🔥...ohhh i 4got social media is just for trolling n hating salman & not to appreciate him when he deserves 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️😂😂...
Kangana is missing she was stereotyped as a drunk/cycopath before Queen but she literally changed it afterwards
Amrish Puri should be here. From villain to helpless father in Ghatak
You forgot to mention Kunal Khemu from Malang. I always saw him as a comedic actor but he scared me to hell in that movie which I never expected.
Where is Paresh Rawal in Hera pheri
He was stereotyped as a villain before that film
Akshay Kumar 💙💙💙
Amateur Krish is not a kid movie
4:12 Wife and daughter
No he had a son in the film
Money Heist Indian Version
Saif will be the best One to play the tole of professor
I guess rani did gave before mardani like black,no one killed Jessica etc..
I'd beg to differ Priyanka did break her stereotype and did a negative role in Aitraaz.
I think you really missed sui dhaga movie for Varun and anushka
Disaster coolie no 1 😂😂
They should make Badlapur 2
Ek villain all time favourite
I think riteish as a a villain was terrorising I remember not being able to watch dhamal or masti for a while after watching ek villain
Emraan Hashmi too deserves to be on this list for Shanghai
Anushka reinvented herself from the never released movied named "plastic surgery"
