A remix of Nightcrawler - Partners in Pain (Revizia Remix) - took me here since I felt they share some of the energy and sounds. Is there someone else feeling the vibe?
Anybody else get the impression that this was all made to have a vocal track laid over it? I really didn't like this album, until I started trying to put my own FLA-like lyrics over it in my head.
Absolutely not, the first album was produced as a soundtrack for the game Airmech. This is its sequel. It's probably FLA's best release for the very reason that there are no vocals on it. The lack of vocals frees up the song structure for more variance than just verses and choruses and besides, FLA's vocals are rather cheesey in the best of cases.
@@joebeard The Cheese is what makes the formation of the mental vocals so swell to conjure. I respect the retort though, and yes I understand the soundtrack nature of the project. It's a beautiful soundtrack! Also, cheese is good.
@@mrhiblo Some time ago myself and a friend would have long back and forths where we just invented new FLA lyrics. There's a sort of wonderful formula to them that definitely makes them unique even if they can be head bashingly silly at times.
