I had a white '67 4.2L roadster for a few years late '70's. rebuilt it from the firewall forward, regret ever selling it. I'm all teary & nostalgic now. This black one is gorgeous.
My 1959 Austin-Healey had a sleek design, that harkened back to the early 1950s...but when the 1961 XKE showed up, it screamed "Look! I am the sports car from the future!" And it indeed, did define how a sports car should look like, for the entire next decade. Beautiful, and powerful.
I was dreaming of driving my own 1964 black XKE with red interior on roads just revealed from melting snow and still covered with salt but then I didn't have to because I see you're doing it
Cannot believe my father had one off these Series 1 Roadster sitting on Axles stands for years in garage next Kitchen cat used too sleep on bonnet white one complete running car the body was unbelievable original but complete with original factory hardtop 🤣🤣🤣

White wall tires, omg, why not paint a white stripe down the middle, put SKUNK on your licence plate, poor taste.
