This is day 11 of my journey and today was emotionally exhausting, so much so that this is my 2nd meditation session today!
Thank you for this channel, I APPRECIATE IT, it is making a huge impact upon my life and mental wellbeing.
I find that the meditation works best for me when I am listening while inside of my prayer closet. I am able to block out all the noise of the world, and concentrate on my breathing more.
The space where I practice really does make the difference 🙏🏾
