Hi from France! I was looking for such information everywhere on RUclips on a great Brother sewing machine! I love Brother brand and I have always been surprised by the quality of its affordable and beautiful easy sewing machines.
Agreed, when I do technical training on new machines I’m blown away how they make something so the same job with simplicity over other brands that over complicate the mechanics.
We have been expecting them for a few weeks now, Fingers Crossed they get here very soon. You can order and wait and then your in the waiting list for the next batch.
Yer it got a little crazy for a long time, stock is now back to normal and back to next day delivery. fabricmouse.co.uk/collections/brother-sewing-machines/products/brother-innov-is-a50
Hi Stuart Which would you recommend for a beginner that’s wanting to get back into small sewing projects...Brother A50 or Janome A725? I’m coming from using a very old Singer so either would be an upgrade for me. As such I’m impressed by both and can’t decide. Thanks
When I was at college, many years ago, we had Bernina. I must have spent all the lesson unjamming those awful machines. I never, ever wanted one of those terrible things. I went with Viking. Only just sewed its last. Now I have the brother A60.
I’m sure living in the UK isn’t all that much of a problem we have plenty of issues 🤣 but Brother have a huge network you will find a machine local. Happy Sewing
Hello, I was wondering how this machine compares to the FS100WT, whether this one is stronger and if it also has free hand embroidery (I saw it dosen't have embroidered letters).
As a Brother dealer it’s hard to say. But I can say all authorised dealers with service centres have an agreement as to what we expect to be standard on a machine from our supplier in quality or performance and equally what we promise to uphold. So if in doubt I’d say look arround at who is selling a machine that may just answer your question.

Helpful, thanks. Does the Innov-is 16 have a spring loaded pressure to feed the fabric through - like this one does please? x
Yes 16 is exactly the same.

Would this be good for a beginner? Or too advanced.?
Perfect as it’s so simple to use, because it’s good quality it will grow with you instead of needing to upgrade again.
Where can I Purchase this model?
