every part of this is great, the way you did the heartbeat minigame with minecarts was really cool. Plus the power thing was cool. The cutscene was amazing and the music with note blocks probably took a while. I only want to say, you should try and retexture the warden to look like figure, if you can of course

I used a minecart to get dispensed when the teleportation is activated, if it fall to the ground and you don't shoot it in time, the game kills you with the command /kill @p
nice but i still dont know how these projects get that much views while i remade whole doors in 15 hours with figure and everything without resource and music is there and none even knows about it lol

yeah so use use command blocks to make the blocks turn into air one at a time, then put a delay on each command block so it looks like it is opening
