If by "migrant" you mean the actual definition of the word - someone legally here - then, yes. But to call someone who bypassed the legal immigration process a "migrant" is to lie. There's a whole commandment against false witness, if I recall.

Our families were raised as Catholics.
We went to parochial schools, were baptized, received the Holy Communion, accepted Confirmation, and took the vows of Holy Matrimony.
We raised four healthy, happy, gifts from God children that are also traveling down the seven Holy Sacraments of the Church, ... but, the Church (Vatican) hasn't had a competent "Shepherd" since the passing of (Saint) John Paul II.
Because of this, I'm slowly losing my faith, not with Christ, but with the Vatican 😡‼️
