I am curious where are we making the mistake as I can not have stable flow on fixed time scale (every 1min) - as some times I have zero value sometimes have value - so not like your excel I have more or less a value..which manuplates the formula.

The Guelph Permeameter does not differentiate between the primary and secondary porosity and thus captures the overall percolation rate through the soil layer as a function of time.
