Just an fyi on basil overgrowth- you can snip basil plants down pretty far and throw all the extra basil leaves into the freezer ziploc bag. Pull out at some point to make basil pesto with pine nuts to have over toast or pasta. Thanks for this great list - so helpful!
ive always been a bit lost on what to get my brother in law for christmas because, for one thing, I'm a teenager (14) and he's 13 years older than me and since I don't have as much money to work with as others might because of my age, I've been trying to look at some cheaper ideas. last year I got him a blanket because you can never go wrong with a blanket, but since I got that for him last year I feel like I should go with something else this year.
This gift guide was so helpful for me! I always have trouble finding stuff for my mother in law because she's one of those people that literally has all the latest tech stuff and home appliances, but I LOVE the areo-garden recommendation you gave. I never would've thought of that. She loves flowers and homegrown veggie plants and lately she's been talking about getting into gardening but hasnt started because she's always traveling for work. This would be a perfect gift for her!
I had to pause you at 3:39 so I could go put the Cork Pop in my Amazon basket! (You can buy it alone or with 3 extra cartridges for $37.50.) I can think of 2 family members who would like that. 👍 Thank you for ALL the links! 😊
After seeing chat books in your previous video, I ordered 2 books with photos from my trips to Italy and New Zealand. I had so much fun picking out my favorites and organizing it. And I thought the quality was really good.
You nailed it! I was able to order so many gifts for so many different people on my list. Thank you for all of your wonderful suggestions! happy holidays to you and your family. 😊
I really liked your suggestions, I am new and just subscribed. I'm going back to watch the other gift guides, I liked the different price points and options. I'm also sharing your channel with my daughter!
Do you always buy a joint gift for parents/in-laws? I am curious, as I find that a lot of gift guides seem to do that. We have a rule in our family of no joint gifts! My son and daughter in law buy anything they need/want for their household, as do we, but I would never buy myself a gift certificate for a spa but would love to receive one as a gift, and my husband would appreciate gift cards for computer games etc. We have iPhones/iPads/Echos etc., and we have all the appliances we need now that we are just two, but a wine subscription, gift certificate for a nice restaurant (if we ever get to go again), monthly flower delivery, something related to a hobby (like painting or skiing) a new watch strap for an Apple Watch are some other suggestions, as well as anything travel related (carry on bag, packing cubes etc. travel pillow) for when we can fly again.
Most of the time we don’t! For instance, the same year my dad got Cornhole, my mom got the echo show, and we also joint gifted them the doorbell! Totally depends on the year :)
I can vouch for the Wonderboom 2 speakers. They are great, I have the great+orange color and it's really cute too! It can fall into the water without any consequence (don't throw it in there by default, I wouldn't risk it, lmao, but if you're at the pool, it can definitely get wet or even take a dive into the pool without breaking. It has an outdoor mode, which basically boosts the music so that it's better suited for a bigger space, super easy to connect and the quality is great. If you have two, actually, you can connect both at the same time and they create kinda like this stereo situation. They are super nifty and though they are relatively pricey (100 dollars average) they're worth every penny.
Oh very nice!! So glad to hear that you like the dual appliance. It makes a lot more senes from a space/storage perspective! And GET THE WINE GADETS! They seriously are game changers!
Thank you for these recommendations. Did you know cornhole is not a nationwide thing? Had many friends in college who came from out of state and had never played it
Breville makes a combination toaster oven / air fryer! I haven’t used a toaster oven since I moved into a house with a gas oven, but I’m tempted to buy the air fryer version.
Our families have a tradition of playing outdoor games at holidays, and yard dice is a super fun one along that same vein. We’re getting my dad a disc golf practice hole this year for those who have disc golf lovers in the fam! Best gift guides ever, thanks for making them! ❤️
It would seem that way, but Making them is, surprisingly, more expensive! Because you need super sturdy, weighty, thick wood and the boards are massive, they get pricey quick! The bean bags hitting the wood can cause the legs to collapse on the cheap ones, and you spend most of your time propping up the game again after each throw.
I DONT KNOW WHAT TO GET SHE SAYS SHE WANTS NOTHING JUST LOVE IN THE FAMILY

Great gift guide. Small air fryers are great too! The dash is perfect.!
You could buy a lid for instant pot and turn it into fryer

Great point on connecting the speakers! So many portable speakers don't offer that, so it definitely sets this one apart!
Great ideas!! Thank you
I have a ninja foodi which is a combined air fryer/ instant pot. It is great I use it multiple times a week. I want these wine gadgets for myself!

Ohhhh! We love our toaster oven :) but a combo air fryer could be cool!

Best gift guides ever, thanks for making them! ❤️
Ahhh so fun! I need to look into yard dice! Thanks for your kind words!
What's your code for Chatbooks?
That is so sweet of you to ask! I have a referral link in the description box :)
I'd make the corn hole game... Because that's ridiculous

The pillow tho..
