Second case, she knew the tags expired and there is no grace period from when they expire till you renew. Get tickets on expired tags and she does not get it.
2:40 the issue more for me, and I am a pharmacist too, a French one but anymay...is there are a real issue to take it that often even more this her endometria ...she put herself at risk
I know that it is, but I don't agree that any person in the medical field of any kind, should have the right to deny any medical services based on someone's beliefs and religion. I don't think that's right at all
@trekgirl65 can you post a link to something factual about that? Bc doctor's are getting in trouble for performing abortions in some states and the plan B they have considered a form of abortion
That law is wrong. It’s one thing to refuse because of the dangers of continuing to use the morning after pill based on medical grounds, but completely wrong that someone else’s religious or moral opinion can be forced on someone else. Besides which, the medical risk should be assessed by the doctor writing the prescription, not the pharmacist fulfilling it. I hope this religious extremism doesn’t affect my country like it has done USA 😓
With Endometriosis you can get pregnant. But will great trouble staying pregnant or can have atopic pregnancy in your tubes and they can rupture. A rupture can cause you to bleed to death.
@@emilylane9492 Thst's wonderful. Thabk you for explaining it to me. I just have 2 friends who have endomeyriosis and they both were only able to conceive through IVF. Both of them also had a history of miscarriages and infertility. That's why I wss confused.
In the 1st case, I couldn't fill a prescription for a morning after pill. I believe it is morally wrong. She should be using birth control, have her tubes tied, or a hysterectomy. She shouldn't be using this drug for birth control.
You do realize the morning after pill is a contraceptive (same category as other forms of birth control) and not a form of abortion? I only as since you recommended she take the birth control pill.
No , It isn't his responsibility to check the tags. Its her car and she knew the tags were expired and should have paid the ticket for him. If she were a supposedly friend of mine and she did this she would most definitely pay the ticket one way or the other. trust me...
well...from what I understand taking the morning after pills so often is NOT a good idea. It can be detrimental to her health. If she doesn't want to get pregnant for health reasons, then she should discuss other options with her doctor.
Based on her appearance, she looks very young and many doctors are unwilling to do the surgery needed to guarantee no pregnancy. Plus, with any surgery, there are huge risks both during the operation and later down the road. I would assume, as long as she's getting the prescription from the same doctor, they still feel it's safe enough to keep prescribing it
You think surgery like take the works out, will help, it would put her in early Menopause and cause other health issues too early for her. And plus you are not the judge to judge this young lady.

As a woman, i am grateful for religious freedom

So in the first case, if the morning after pill didn't exist does that mean should would have had to have 15 abortions?
He is legally right under the law he can refuse to fill it its the law

I always thought that Endometriosis made it extremely difficult to conceive natutally??

I had endometriosis when I still had a uterus and I have 4 happy healthy children

Depends on the patient, some can have sex, but it can make it painful. Not prevents pregnancy.

Second case, dude did not even check on the tags before be borrowed the car. His own fault he did not check first before driving the car.

It was a comment not a judgment, based on what the plaintiff shared herself. @@trekgirl65
I'm confused. If she doesn't want to get pregnant, why are you making a baby? I'm don't understand.
She wasn't trying to. She said there was protection used. Unfortunately there's no guarantee that it won't happen
Watch it from the beginning again..listen carefully
because people enjoy having sex? lol
Let’s translate this so you might understand. “If she doesn’t want to have a car accident, why is she driving?” 🤦♂️ 🤦♂️ 🤦♂️
@@redapol5678 Well, driving does not make accidents. Sexual intercourse makes babies.
