From what you’ve shared, it seems that these configurations may not be necessary. Could you please clarify if we can skip these steps, or if specific configurations are required?"

Hello. Thank you for sharing your D365 knowledge :). I have a big question. Talking about money $. How much will it cost to implement RSAT on my project(License of RSAT or maybe other tool)? What is necessary to buy?

RSAT itself doesn't cost anything, but you need a testing manager license for azure dev ops and a license for D365 FO.

I haven't done it personally, but from what I understand it is possible to execute these RSAT tests in your build pipeline.
