Some one quit rather than write articles about playing games instead of writing articles about how bad the fans are? This person quit instead of being let go? That seems like a really high salary for the position. It's ....questionable if the site actually generates enough money to be able to afford that one positon, let alone a staff. Considering the goals of the organization we can reasonably surmise where some or a lot of money is really going to come from. Perhaps it is meant as a reward for someone's loyalty.
