- This video specifically focuses on the dorm they lived in from 2020 until 2023 since they're soon moving and I wanted to make a compilation of the fun moments we've gotten as well as do a mini "tour" out of some images we've seen of the apartment to give people an idea what it may look like. Hope you enjoy!
ATEEZ have officially moved into their new dorms at the combos are
Wooyoung, Hongjoong, Jongho
Mingi, San, Seonghwa,
Yunho, Yeosang, (and probably the manager that may have lived with them)
I realized i missed a clip from Mingi's room where he shows it whoops sorry. I don't think Yunho and san are around the corner from Mingi anymore I forgot that MG shares a bathroom with Matz.
I hope we get to see and hear how the new arrangements are going for them.
I thought the manager already learned what happens when you put mingi and san together lmao (it's chaos poor seonghwa)
but why separated?
My English is not good. I'm sorry for this. But I have a doubt about the new dorms. "3 separate dorms" is like "3 separate rooms" or is like "3 different apartments"??

If anyone has ever watched content of TXT’s dorm, I just wanna point out how comical the difference is in how clean Ateez’s dorm is 😂 I’m impressed.

Hongjoong, Wooyoung, Jongho share the same common room. Seonghwa shares the common room with San & Mingi. Yunho & Yeosang also share a common room

Personally I like to be reassured that the live like any other roommates and human. 🤣
Also, maybe that mysterious room in San and Yuhno's room is like a Jack-and-Jill style room where a bathroom connects two rooms.

the only thing missing is the absolutely hilarious situation with the bathroom (that yeosang, san, woo, jongho and yunho use) having 2 showers. they talked about it in catch up, i think, but basically they can shower at the same time, but some members prefer doing it alone because if theyre showering at the same time water pressure drops jdsfjjjfdjfjs
the 2 showers bathroom is probably the most perplexing thing in that dorm, with their sleeping arrangements close behind (hongjoong sleeping on the sofa, manager too, jongho sleeping in wooyoung's bed sometimes, wooyoung barely fitting on the sofa even though there is technically a free bed in seonghwa's room? seonghwa complaining that woosan come uninvited to his bed, and yunho claiming that he sometimes hugs san to sleep, even though i have no idea how 2 grown men can fit in their beds)
if it's not obvious, im going to miss the chaos and the stories of the communal dorm , but it's seriously time for them to get their own rooms, im happy for them in that regard

@@atozed some of it was on universe pm, and i got it wrong, it was hongjoong coming home to find both manager and wooyoung asleep on the sofa at the joint parts? if you get what i mean, so he had to somehow find space...even though he has a bed at seonghwa's room
jongho spoke about lazing on wooyoung's bed on hello atiny/catch up, i cant recall which one
woosan in seonghwa's bed: sh mentioned in an old vlive with yunho that yunho is a nice kid, and the "other kids" just barge into his room and lie on his bed, and during a recent sanhwa live (the one where seonghwa comes to san's hotel room after working out) san spoke about him and wooyoung coming to hwa's room to lie in bed
yunho hugging san to sleep: long story short is that seonghwa said on universe that he teased yunho that he will hug the yunho pillow to sleep (the one he got on the last bday live) and yunho saying he doesn't mind, since he sometimes hugs sannie to sleep. they referenced it during real now, too. and you can kinda see it during the liev hhhhh
Watch them get their own rooms yet still sleep in the others' beds and not their own

I couldn't find much about ATEEZ dorm but I collected things in passing and, since they're moving to a new set of them, I think its good timing!
Also I'm thinking the extra door in Yunho and San's room maybe leads into the closed veranda space you see behind Wooyoung in the kitchen where the trash can is? If they're the room around the corner of Mingi's side it could just be a full circle. But that's a weird layout, it's weird that it has it's own light from inside a bedroom, and then that wouldn't make them as far from the kitchen as they claim lol so I'm still not sure. Oh well
When did they say they were moving to a new dorm? Did they say why they have to move?
@@stacymoore4434 theyve been talking about it for a bit when universe was still up. they're moving cuz 8 grown men in one apartment is bothersome and the company has the funds to get seperate dorms for them now :))
@@stacymoore4434 I personally saw it from a screencap of a Wooyoung Universe message but I think they've been thinking about it for them for a while. There's no big reason besides space I would assume.Now they'll all get their own bedroom which is great

ATEEZ, our hyper crazy pirates. They have a pretty clean dorm. But they do have a mom (SeongHwa) that likes to be clean, dust free and dad (Hong Joong) that can be strict. They have 6 crazy kids, also a Maknae that acts his age when his Hyung's don't. 😂🤣🥰😍🧡

I've seen so many clips of the live with San and Seonghwa with the cotton candy hair but I never knew that Hongjoong and Yeosang were briefly in that live! I knew Wooyoung made an appearance, because of course he did lol, but I had no idea the other two were in it. And I guess I've always assumed that, at the time of the live, those two were rooming together, but I never thought to look it up. So thank you for the whole video but also for the clips from that live, especially! I didn't know of their living arrangements before
I'm glad it could help! Yes, Wooyoung comes in the longest and twice so it makes sense you may have seen more clips from that for sure! It's a really fun live I think someone has made a comedic compilation of highlight moments from it too if you want to check that out something about it being like a comedy show (I watched it long ago idr)
i feel like the new arrangement could possibly be
1. Matz (i dont think seonghwa would allow hongjoong to live separately from him. He's already distressed that Hongjoong isn't sleeping in their room but instead on the couch, I can't imagine how it would be like if hongjoong had to live a completely different house) + manager (?)
2. Yusangi
3. Jongwoosang

before the universe app closed, wooyoung said in the private messaging feature that they were picking randomly. (also he said the member he wants to live with most is hongjoong!)
Tbh it's probably going to be random based on what they said which is odd to me. I would've thought it's something like you said though if not. However, something about manager living with only the oldest seems odd to me but idk much about that to be fair. Also, as much as Seonghwa seems to like when Hongjoong isn't on the couch and looks out for them, this video made me realize they have pretty different living habits even outside of the bedroom (cleaning, bathroom, sleeping, etc) so, if they aren't picking randomly, I could also see them deciding to live in different units

Like frrrr, he's so relatable... This is me and my current roommate. I'm a homebody, so i, 85% of the time, have the room to myself. And i'm definitely not complaining.
I also get the urge to organize people's stuff but i've come to understand that some people don't like it. At home, my siblings always jokingly tells me that i've got OCD.

no no haha I don't think those things are correlated. They may even just rent more units in the same building. Moving a company building is a much bigger thing I think

They've done a variety of radio shows over time. I believe those ones were from Katch Up....Or maybe Hello, Atiny? I plan to edit more of those audio only moments with my own imagery and subs in the future though! Lots of fun moments!

Yeah it may be hard to make in Sims for sure but you could always do something pretty inspired by it since their furniture is pretty simple and all that lol. But yeah you'll probably have to guess on some things

lol it's fairly common yeah. Or they live very close. They're the ones who wake them up to get them in the car to go to work so it's important to be close. ATEEZ have managers who are pretty close to them in age and they seem to be good friends so maybe it's more like having a co-worker in a different department live with you ig (instead of same department like your members haha)

@@user-pi5hz4dr9t I believe it’s like 3 apartment units. Likely Each with 3 bedrooms in them. Each member gets their own bedroom (the 9th is for a manager probably). I heard San Seonghwa and Mingi have a dorm together now. All have their own rooms but share a kitchen and bathroom etc. don’t know the other combos yet though

What idols call dorms are just regular apartments. I think it's likely that when Ateez moves, all of their apartments will be in the same building. They won't necessarily be next door neighbors or even on the same floor though unless it's a brand new building (it would probably be hard to get that many vacant apartments next to each other). NCT 127, for example, split their members between two apartments on the 5th and 10th floors of their building, so you'd frequently hear them referring to which floor they lived on.

The other response is correct. A "dorm" is like an apartment unit. ATEEZ live in a unit with presumably 4 room that were made to be bedrooms (although a manager likely lives with them as I said so idk where he goes) with bunk beds or whatnot to squish it all. They'll now move into 3 apartment units with 2 or 3 bedrooms each and no one with share a room anymore. All the units are very likely in the same building and close to each other.
This is all done with idols for ease of waking up and picking up k-pop idols. most come from family homes in different cities or parts of the city and, instead of trying to show up to work on time, the company car can just knock on the door, load em up, and bring them home together at night.
