I really like the Malibu, and I don't understand why so many reviewers and auto journalists speak poorly of it. My one complaint is that the 2013's console did indeed look cleaner with the electronic parking brake. If they were going to remove the electronic parking brake, they should have relegated the parking brake to the pedal area instead of using a space-hogging handbrake. Cars like the Accord, 6 and Passat? They're fine with handbrakes. Why? Because they're offered with manual transmissions. But there's no real reason for a handbrake if the only option for the car is an automatic transmission...
In my view Chevy did a great job restyling the Malibu I kinda wish though they added just a little more support to the back seats oh well I guess they had to cut corners somewhere other than that the Malibu is a Winner in my book well done Chevy
I watched all your reviews on midsized sedans and went with the Chrysler 200. It has most all the same features as the Malibu plus a sunroof. I got it for $10k less than the competitors. Good job, Cameron!
I went on a short road trip in the 2014 LT Malibu 2.5 only thing I didn't care for were the huge headrest there wasn't a backup camera on the one I drove,I use more then my rear view mirrors while driving and if you turn your head to look back you can't see past the headrest also the headrest are huge in the back seats as well blocking some of your view but I can say the car drove great very quiet inside and a smooth drive with little road noise.
Get rid of that complicated Start-Stop feature and I may be interested. Look at the Camry and the quicker Accord and they all get better mileage without that stupid Stop-Start engine.
It is a false statement that the trunk of the Malibu is on the smaller side since it is on the largest (16.3 tie with Sonata vs Camry's 15.4 vs Fusion's 16 vs Accord's 15.8).
+Mike Smith I bought a 2012 sonic with low miles. It rode really smooth but I didn't like it. It didn't even have a center console. I had it for a month and started having problems with it. It was in the shop several times for the engine leaking coolant. Finally the engine burned up. we only got half of the money we paid when we sold itAnyways I traded it in and got a 2013 Malibu LTZ with 41K mileage. Got it for 15000$ I've had it 6 months now now and haven't had a problem with it
Good interior quality except the metallic plastic around the center stack and the bad design of wrapping that black pastic with the metallic look around the dash to include the vents., yuck.
one thing i never like about your videos is the way you show the stats of the engine WHY? THAT TYPE OF BACKGROUNG AND FONT AND DESIGN you need to change that buddy
My sister bought her 2014 in 2015 or so. It became nearly undrivable by 2018. I bought it from her recently because I wrecked my beautiful, way more reliable 2005 Lexus that ran like it was brand new, so I'm hauling around this hunk of shit.

My aunt has this car in white and had for now 10 years and still works great

the 2.5l engine is shit. ive done the timing chain on mine twice now and ive only owned it for 3 years
It’s a parking brake, used to supplement the parking pall in an automatic transmission.

Is there a video on how to replace the lower circular headlights
Figures could not start with a base ls model, i think any car reviews should do the base then talk about options in the video

Marlee Eldridge thanks
Uts great have a 2014 great car
I have a 2014 great car
one thing I don't like about the Malibu is the car sits too low
When you sit up high you block other people trying to see and you increase the chance of rolling over.
Does Malibu have windshield projection?
Григорий Исаченко maybe on the Ltd or touring models but most don’t
class
2013 you get push to start and automatic parking brake!
2015 manual parking brake and regular key wtf! Lol
+victorakagoofy Push start is a system i would not even WANT on my car, it's a hassle when that shit does not function. I prefer a key..
That’s only on the higher models.
Heyy Malibu imma get u 😍😘. Imma get ONLY Chevy's
My first car is going to be the spark. After that then this car.
Hope SPARK is better than the LEMON LAW complaints SONIC LOOK IT UP- TERRIBLE ISSUES with MAJOR TRANSMISSION PARTS continuously with no FIX!

OK. Thank's for the heads up.
Mine is mostly nothing like that and it’s the same exact model
You probably have a Ls model
I have one.it sounds like a vacuum cleaner with bronchitis
😂
Can someone please help me can this 2014 front end fit on a 2013 front end Malibu??
The prominent decoration strips on doors are way too ugly. But the aggressively elegant front face is so impressive.
Confused looking at this car seems expensive compared to the fusion!
Until you factor in that GM is practically putting 10k on the hood.
At least in Canada.
And they lye about the prices....
Lincoln Morgan lol “lie“

You must drive Mercedes
Why do you keep thanking god? LMAO
HE DOESN'T KEEP THANKING GOD WHAT'S SO WRONG WITH THANKING GOD YOU DICKWAD

Why is everyone so toxic to people.
Love the car, but I absolutely hate that the gas tank is on the right side
I have the 2014 eco it’s basic as hell 🤣🤣🤣
