Actually while solving the rubik's cube first few steps need observation of the position of the blocks but later half it's mostly applying algorithms so the world champ did the later steps quickly as it is only applying algorithms . But robot has sensors and quick processors, it can observe very quickly so it did with a constant speed while the world champ did first few steps a bit slowly while later steps quickly
