Go down to earth first, work with your first chakra to strengthen your roots, and after a while start also with the sacral. Stay with it for a long time. When you feel ready, go to the solar plexus, with caution. Don't forget to go back to earth again and AGAIN. If the roots aren't strong, nothing can live. And.. Listen also to the heart, for a little while every day, for the solar plexus needs it to find reason..

It is our self power furnace.. confidence, how we see our self, power to stand up, power to doing things .it contains the energy of action. Our gut feelings sit here.
