Everything in this flat is very well planned and designed! But my great concern is with this flat's security. It's on ground floor and we've four side open rooms... Everywhere visibility is provided very intelligently but at the same time toughened glass without any grills can't give you the safe feeling a concrete wall does!
It would be a great design in terms of security as well if those outer railings of the balcony constructed connecting them with upper wall or first floor...
The only word that popped in my head when i saw such an amazingly well planned n furnished property was waow simply waow🤩.....does this building company have such projects in Pune ..👌
